FANTASTIC! They were easy to get in touch with and very responsive. We discussed the problems over the phone, they ordered the parts, picked up the computer only when the parts were in, repaired the computer and returned it to me within a few days. They were fast, professional, and efficient. They made it as convenient as possible to complete this task which I had been putting off for so long after hearing so many horror stories about other computer repair companies.
