Significant issues.  Our exterminator left and we were never notified.  We then get invoices for services not rendered and receive a business card shoved in our door jamb by a different Orkin Exterminator. The unprofessional note asked if we wanted service and to call. Office staff not helpful in resolving the issues as they only wanted to collect money and Corporate response is non-existent.

I was using them for a long time but I stopped the service and I do it now myself. They charged me maybe $75 or $85 or something like that per visit. It was just a fair service so I did not continue with it but I have used them for three or five years. I do not think that I would ever use or consider using them again in the future. I would probably try someone else.

I've been with them for years now. I had a friend whose husband works for the company and they cut me a deal. They never went up with their price or anything like that. They're so remarkable. They'll come back for free if you have any problems. I give them As all the way through. I've never had a problem with them. I will definitely keep using them in the future.

They do their job and are prompt, courteous, and professional.

They spray a certain area of my yard for my dogs. It works good. So far so good. They show up when they say.

They are willing to work with you and they follow through. I've used them for pest control and for termites, and also for perimeter termites. I've been using them for over ten or may be fifteen years. They are good and that's why I've been using them for so long. I will use their services again in the future.

A good company. the service manger (?) Mr.Kerr was very polite as were the other company employees who followed up w/insepctions. they showed up 1 year later as well. Price was better than competition.

We have been a long-time customer of Orkin at our previous house in Pennsylvania. We transferred our service to the local office here after having moved to Florida. Our technician came on the date we were scheduled for. We were quite comfortable with our new technician here - no worries at all as he went around the house spraying the inside, room by room. We added the monthly mosquito treatment to our services during the summer months. This service also started up on time and was done professionally. Again, we were pleased with our technician. We spoke to their inspector about the company's termite prevention services. We have a proposal in hand but have not yet made a decision about this package. We've been very pleased with Orkin for a long time, and would definitely recommend this local office based on our initial experience with them.

Service is handled very professionally. Rep was on time and very courteous. Took into consideration that small house pets are present. Haven't seen a roach in months!
