Could not have been better!

Jim came right over, picked my computer up and had it working perfectly the next morning when he dropped it off! There was another minor glitch that he handled perfectly. He went above and beyond! Highly recommended!!!!

Called Netsf 5:00 pm Saturday night. Jim returned my call promptly.  I explained that I removed the back of my laptop trying to fix a broken hinge and when I put everything back my laptop would not turn on...only light on was at the adapter plug. He said he could come by at 8:30 that night.  he came by at 8:00 (after calling first to make sure that was ok). Looked at notebook for a few minutes and said he could have back next day. 

Next morning he called around 11am and asked when I wanted it back.  He came right over (yes, on a SUNDAY!) and I had my notebook back with a fixed hinge (much better than my nail glue attempt the night prior).  Also said he found a loose wire that I knocked out in my fix attempt.  He mentioned he tried to clean the "gunk" from inside and I related the near death of my computer by a spilled margarita a year earlier. Turned on laptop and it worked. Very happy.

Next time I will call Jim at Netsf first instead of taking a dozen or so screws out of the back of my laptop only to fail miserably at self fix!

James was so patient and fixed my computer. It took him quite a while to undo everything the other technician had messed up, but he did not give up. I was extremely satisfied with his work and I would definitely call him again, should I have any future problems.

Was having problems with wireless connection and quality of color printer. Jim Power called to say he was running a bit late, and then spent about 2 hours servicing/cleaning the printer, got the wireless connection operating, and gave some guidance about how to deal with pop-ups and a couple of programs. He was very personable, articulate and worked while we were in another meeting. He will be our go-to computer guy.

Everything went great. Jim is a true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and didn't waste any time getting me back up and running. His prices are fair and he is very responsive. He will definately be my go to computer guy if/when I need help again and I wouldn't hesitate reccomending him to friends and family, etc.

I'd searched Angie's List along with just googling places that might be nearby my job so that I could drop it off on my way to work. I'd found Jim's company's on Thursday and first just sent an email to check location. I got a quick response saying he'd be happy to pick it up whenever was good for me. Came to my office around 1:00pm on Friday-got a call around 3:30pm saying it was the power supply and he was just about finished with it, and could have it back to me in a little while. By 4:15pm the computer was back at my office! I wouldn't let him leave without giving me some business cards to give out to some of the others I work with who mentioned they were thinking of getting some repairs or upgrades done.

I feel that Jim is easy to get in contact with as he always returns phone calls and is very reliable. He is great at fixing computers and seems to really know his business. If he will be a little late, he calls to let you know.
I would highly recommend Jim as someone to help you with any repairs on your computer.
