NATURE OF MARBLE

I hate writing a negative review, but in this case I feel compelled to do so.. BE WARNED AND STAY AWAY from NATURE OF MARBLE!!! ! They REFUSE to stand behind their products! . They sold us marble for our kitchen counter that wasn't SEALED PROPERLY? After barely a week or two, we noticed our brand new marble kitchen counters had a major flaw.. While it may look terrific at 1st glance, we quickly discovered that it is horrible .. Every mark, water stain, fault, OR blemish quickly rares it’s ugly head and it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove any marks stains, etc without resealing the entire kitchen counter top ( +$1,000) The Restoration company later told us this marble SHOULD NEVER BE USED FOR COUNTERS. It was meant for walls or something that's not used OR exposed very much Our Sales rep& our Designer, assured us that as long as it was sealed by Nature of Marble . It would be terrific .We were grossly mislead... It was clearly NOT sealed properly After we complained their response was to run away and hide behind the words "AS IS" on our contract .... No recourse what so ever period.. No refunds, credits etc BUT we instead MUST PAY 100% UP FRONT , and TRUST THEM to seal it properly which clearly they failed miserably to do !!? They did nothing at all to help us I would never go back there and hope anyone reading this has the smarts to take your business someplace else? Larry

The installation crew removed the old ceramic tile very quickly and efficiently. The installation also went smoothly. The few minor issues that we saw after day 1 were corrected on day 2. They integrated the new floor into the existing travertine in the adjoining room so well that no one believes that we had the two floors installed at different times. The price for the tile and installation seemed fair and close to other estimates.

This place has a FABULOUS selection of granite, marble, etc. I dealt with Elvis, who was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I purchased the granite slabs and they were delivered to my fabricator as promised. I was very pleased with Nature of Marble and highly recommend them.
