Handled multiple items: ceiling fan replacement, bathroom exhaust fan replacement, changing 3 water filters, and replacement of a ceiling light fixture in laundry room. He was able to get all items finished in one afternoon, including measuring for and purchasing the exhaust fan & light fixture. He cleaned up after each project and checked with us to make sure everything was done how we wanted it done. I would use him again!

The work was fine when it was finished but the problem was, the estimate was way lower than the final cost. I understand overruns sometimes... but, to double the estimate? That was a bit much.

Jay is excellent! Very easy to work with he replied quickly and was on time for the appointment. He did a great job on a shower door that needed help, he did a toilet handle fix and tightened up the shower fixtures. I will definitely be using him again in the near future. Never came back to finish the work. Had an appointment to do so and did not show up. (Overcharged in the first place.) Worker left in the home to do the initial work was more interested in talking on his phone than focusing on the work that needed to be done.

The job was to finish bathroom work that had been started by another handyman.The rough work was ok, not great. The detail and prep was poor. Tile grout on the bathroom floor was not completely cleaned up before it was sealed. The shower grout was neither cleaned up nor sealed. Nails were not removed but painted over, Light switches were painted with a wide brush so that they became paint stuck when turning lights on and off. The ceiling and a closet door which were not painted had wall paint on them from careless brush strokes. The lower wall from which tile had been removed was not smoothed out before painting, so there are very obvious lines and lumps which were painted over.One cabinet side panel was not painted at all. He did clean up nicely and worked neatly. I did not notice these things till after he left, and I called him to let him know. He said he would call me back in two days or so. I have not heard from him; it is ten days already.

Jay repaired my jalousie door, hung a ceiling fan and a smoke detector, and replaced a fan blade on another ceiling fan. when I contacted Jay, he responded quickly. He visited my home and surveyed the job. He promptly ordered parts needed to complete the tasks I requested. Within one week of contact, Jay was in my home doing the work. Jay is polite, neat, and very professional. He is both efficient and effective while doing the tasks for which he was hired. He leaves the work space neat and clean. I would not hesitate to call Jay Mund to handle other jobs in my home.

I am happy that Jay Mund could fix our door problem, which was a big issue for everybody else before.He did it promplty and well and the painting of the doors too.I think that I found a new efficient Handyman.

Doing renovations are never fun but when people show up and do their job it becomes easier. They did an excellent job under difficult circumstances. I'll hire him again.

Secured his services over the phone from another state and Jay of Mundspro was able to accomodate my request within 48 hrs. Very happy upon my arrival to find the room painted perfectly and will use his company again for other services.
