Called them 7 weeks ago and asked for dry cleaning services for comforter. I was told they would pick it up that day and have it back to me within 2 days and the cost would be 25$ and 5$ for delivery. 7 weeks later I JUST got my comforter back, the price remained the same (I paid cash so they knocked off delivery charge), and it is dirtier than when I gave it in. They returned it scrunched up in a plastic bag and it was damp, therefore it is completely wrinkled and has 3 dark footprint marks on it. I am appaled by their service and the only reason I am not calling them with this complaint is because I doubt I would ever get it back and in clean condition. So basically, I flushed the 25$ down the toilet and I will have to buy a new one.

We had about 30 bags garbage bags and within a day all of our clothes, sheets and blankets were returned clean, folded and wrinkle free. We saved so much time and money. They were professional, punctual and our clothes came back perfect.

Mike, the owner, is great. He answers the phone whenever I call and if he is not there will call back immediately. Always picks up and drops off in a timely manor. Doug delivers and picks up the laundry and is always very pleasant.

Went wonderful! I called up Mike (the owner if I'm not mistaken) and they came and picked up my laundry later that afternoon! Everything was washed, dried and...FOLDED *gasp*! My lazy self is mucho appreciative. I sent over a bunch of dirty bedding and towels etc. (bunny had an accident). They brought back all the stuff so fresh and so clean clean! They even brought me a VIP laundry bag which I've been using and they are scheduled to pick it up tomorrow. Thank you Mobile Laundry USA, I have a feeling we will be friends for a very long time to come. :)

Followed special instructions including air dry some items, returned some items on hangers. Pricey but worth it for the high level of service.

WOW ! This is a TERRIBLE company! I never write reviews,but this time,I just felt that I had to.I found this "company"on the computer and figured I'd give them a try. They came and picked up my NICE,clothes and returned them looking just AWFUL,actually in much worse shape if you can believe it! I called up said company and they offered to re-do them. So I got them back today.they were just slightly a bit better,at least they didnt looked,wrinkled and unwearable as before,And here's the clincher..After me paying them about $46.00 the first time,they wanted another $21.45. So basically they wanted me to pay them for really messing up my GOOD clothes that I had already paid for AGAIN!! UNREAL!! I Will be denying any and all charges from this Horrible company,I spoke with mu credit co. and they did encourage me to do so! After reviewing this with you I am getting in touch with the BBB! And any one else who Should be very,very,wary of this so called company.It was pathetic,time consuming,and just a bad situation all around.I could never in good faith endorse this company,..Not even to an enemy!! Nuff Said!!

"This customer is absolutely out of line. We have a team of trained professionals that offer excellent customer service both our residential and commercial accounts. The customer gave us 13 shirts that he wanted washed, dried and folded (which we did and returned on the day he designated). At the time of his initial phone call and upon pickup of his order, we specifically suggested dry cleaning the 13 shirts instead of washing them. He was looking to be frugal and insisted on them being washed (which we did as we follow customers instructions but give them our suggestions on getting the best results) When the laundry was delivered back, he changed his mind and told the driver he to dry clean them. We then had them dry cleaned and delivered back on the designated time as arranged with customer. We were never late on any deliveries. The difference of the $20.00 charge is the difference between wash, dry & fold and then having them dry cleaned. The customer said he was satisfied with the order and paid the difference without hestitation. The customer was not charged a delivery fee (normal $3.99 fee) for having to come back out with the finished dry cleaning. We are in Delray Beach and traveled to West Palm Beach (which is not close to our warehouse) in order to give him the dry cleaning. The whole discrepency is the following (which has never happened in our history). The customer gave 13 shirts and received 13 back. One was not his shirt. We contacted our facility and located his shirt immediately. We made repeated attempts to contact the customer and let him know about the shirt. We texted and called several times and the customer refuses to answer the call yet he runs on to Angie's List and makes up a fraudulent story. We did everything in our power to work with this customer and satisfy him yet he seems like the type that nothing would ever satisfy him"

I had to meet them in Boca even though they said they would service my area, but I didn't have a problem. I didn't hear from them at all on Thursday morning when they were supposed to be delivering my laundry back to me after dropping it off Wednesday evening. I called them and they said that they would have it to me by Friday, but I was going out of town on Friday. He said he would have it back to me on Thursday and then only showed up with about 1/4 of my laundry. He informed me that he couldn't find the rest of my laundry and kept giving me excuses about how they don't lose laundry. I gave him 8 bags of laundry and he had to send someone back with all of the laundry that they had and made me personally go through all the this damp laundry mixed with other people's clothing.

I see their vehicle around town, I finally called them. they came and picked up my clothes. The guy was very nice. Everything was quick and easy! Reasonable , too!
