Mark was here for almost 2 hours. He created a gmail address and transferred my contacts. Sent an email to my contacts informing them of my new email address. He also did a virus scan and cleanup to make the computer run faster. He instructed me on how to use gmail and google chrome. He also installed google photos.

He came over, but his memory sticks did not match my computer. He looked up the price of buying the correct memory. It would cost about $90. He advised against putting that much money into a computer with Windows Vista. He did not charge me for his time.
