They couldn't find the cause of the battery getting drained and it was working at the time it was at the dealer so they wanted to send me on my way. We also purchased the vehicle new from them) I said we felt unsafe not knowing when it would happen again. After 4 days of not finding the problem they gave us a new battery, but it took too much arguing to feel good about. They are consistent, none of the problems we've had have ever been fixed on the first try. My service advisor, Jonah, was great and wanted to give the battery the first day, but he was overruled from above. I also had the car detailed, they have no pride and no shame., it was awful. Again Jonah came through and personally removed several dozen marks on the car by hand.

One of the worst experiences of my life. Granted my car was not bought from this dealer, but they should have replaced parts alot sooner than they did. Car broke down several times locally and on 95 on long trip.. They seemed not to believe something was wrong, never could find the problem. Had months of rental and loaner cars. MB-US involved. MB-Delray which is owned by AutoNation. lied several times, saying a loaner registration was ended or they sold the loaner which I would not return until I had been reimbursed in full for my expenses. The GM finally stepped up, paid refund and was to get funds back from MB-US. Between the two companies I would advise everyone never to buy a MB. It was a lemon and they refused to accept that. MB-US does not back their luxury product. MD-Delray also always short on loaner, have to booked weeks/months in advance; Service associates never listen to their VMs, so they say use their cell phones, same problem. This was so bad it has gone now to MB Germany headquarters. Offered a trade in which would have cost me $15,000 on a 2 yr old car I had just paid cash for. Took months for them to agree to the color car I had/wanted. Then that car was loaded with stuff I did not want and costed too much.

Completed the work but severely overpriced. Also, I made the appointment on their website and wrote I need a loaner. I even called before my appointment to confirm loaner. However, they had no loaner even though my request printed out on the service ticket. They offered no alternative, not even to reimburse for a rental car at the nearby Enterprise. Not happy with this service. Next, I had to call the next day to get even an update on what needed to be fixed and the price estimate. Will not use this MB dealership for service again.

I purchased a plan for free checkup when I purchased my car. What stands out about the service is that I get free car washes though. The sales person was very pleasant. We were not pressured the way a lot of sales people pressure you. I am pleased with the whole aspect of it. I like the fact that you can go to the general manager if you have issues and they take care of it. They listen for what you are paying for the car. I can take the car there anytime and get a free car wash. If I cannot do it once a week, I can do it every other day. So far, they had been good. I had a problem with my service representative not calling me back. When we got there, he was not there, but they gave us somebody else. I filled out their survey and mentioned that. They are very professional.

Called Mercedes Benz of Palm Beach for a price quote after I thought I was getting the run around. I have been taking my car to Delray for four years for service. Mercedes of Palm Beach quoted me $1050 for the same Brake service. Took my car there and it was actually only $800 as they said all the work Mercedes of Delray claimed I needed was not necessary!

Called Delray to explain, but all Managers were conveniently busy. They said they would call me back.....never did.

Trust me, take your car to Mercedes of Palm Beach. Save yourself some bucks and aggravation.. They are honest and professional. Stay clear of Delray Mercedes!

They seemed to be very nice and I haven't had a problem with my car yet. The salesman there even said that when you're buying a Mercedes you expect to be treated better and that's what they try to do. The car is super safe and it has wrap around air bags and the best thing in the world that a couple of luxury cars had also which is the lane warnings. I think everybody should have it and they should take off of your insurance for it. It lets you know if somebody is in your blind spot with red caution arrows that come on in your rearview mirror. Also, if you put your direction signal on to change lanes and somebody is in your way it beeps at you like crazy and says don't do that, so you are getting something besides the image and it drives beautifully. It's my wife's car and what I drive is not in the same class. I bought my car new many years ago, but even when it was new it wasn't like this. It has satellite radio although once the free part is up it's like $20 a month to listen without commercials, but I don't drive that much. I like it and it also has a thing on the dashboard to tell you when you're out of your lane. If you drift out of your lane the steering wheel makes the same bumpy feeling as if you drove over the things in the road, so it gives you like a little vibrator board if you're drifting and going to sleep at the wheel. It has backup camera for when you put it in reverse and the whole navigation panel lights up to show a fish eye view of what's behind you. It's neat stuff. It wasn't an easy decision and when I called the salespeople they got back to me right away. After I bought it I had questioned how to work something so I called them and they still got back to me right away. Their pricing for a Mercedes was the best around because I called everybody.

They were excellent and they were top notch. They were not pressure sales person. They were not the typical car sales people, where if I walk into a car dealership there was nothing but pressure from the time I get there to the time I leave. This place was nothing like that.
