Marcelo recently made a second visit to my home to install a new toilet. Marcelos first visit was to install a new hot water heater. At that time, Marcelo repaired the third toilet that two previous plumbers had told me could NOT be repaired. Marcelo: 1) Is meticulous. 2) Is knowledgeable beyond any other plumber I have dealt with. 3) Asked me exactly what temperature I wanted him to set my new hot water heater. 4) Is punctual. 5) Is neat and organized. 6) Efficient and extremely speedy at each project he has undertaken for me. 7) Charges very fairly for his exceptional work.
