+ -1 moreVery well. To get a key to my new home, the wired funds from the title company that handled the closing on my previous had to be received by Lexant. The wired funds did not arrive in time by end of the day for me to get the keys. The closer did receive a confirmation and tracking number that the funds had been wired. The closer then called the seller who was out of town and asked if I could get the key to get in house, as my furniture was on the moving truck and ready to be delivered to my new home. The seller said yes, I could get the key so the movers could deliver. The funds were then received by the next business day and everyone was happy. The company really went the extra mile to accommodate my situation.
