 + -1 moreThe estimates were approved for work to be done in my home. A phone call to confirm "Joe's" arrival time the next morning. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. I left three voice mails for him and he did not respond. HE NEVER SHOWED UP.

 + -1 moreJPM Construction was an excellent company to work with. From the initial estimate to the work done, it remained professional. The owner only knows how to do this the proper way and work that will last a life time. Although not the least expensive bid we received, the work was above par. The workman came when promised and worked well and cleaned up each and every night. I am hoping to use them again when I set out to do my bathroom remodeling. We are extremely happy with the job they did and would highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: JPM construction was hired to remove the tile in our kitchen, entry hallway, family room and bedroom hallway. Half the area had two layers of tile and therefore they had to remove both layers. Then they had to level the floor before they could retile the kitchen and then put wood laminate throughout the rest of the house. We also had a beam which ran the length of our flat roof patio which was sagging due to pillars on the patio which were rotted. Those had to be removed and a laminate beam along with new pillars were installed.

Description of Work: The worker who installed the kitchen cabinets was excellent and professional......the others: painter stepped on exhaust for dryer, crushing it while painting utility room....and sloppy painting job. (we had to replace the dryer exhaust) Tile installers (bathroom) installed defective tiles without mentioning they were defective (white tiles with defective,permanent black markings).....then they never returned to place the last tile. Workers cracked two tiles in the kitchen (after installation) and owner accused us of doing the damage. The workers were the ones installing the stove,refrigerator and dishwasher after the tile installation not us. Owner requested that we give a review to prospective client before all this occured.....so it was too late to give a review of what really happened.

 + 0 moreThe job he did was all he said he would go and how it would be. His workman were neat, efficient, knowledgable, curteous and patient with us and our three cats and two dogs! We remained in the home while the floors were being torn up, leveled, and replaced and every night the men would clean up the areas so that we could move about with minimum tracking and mess. His estimate and final cost came in as promised. The job was done so well that we arenow contracting him to repair a patio flat roof and wood columns that have rotted. I know that this job will be done just as well. I found Joe to be honest, fair, and employs solid, trustworthy and experience people to work with him. You can rest assured that any job in your home will be done properly when Joe and JPM construction are involved.
Description of Work: JPM Construction was hired to assist us in some much needed remodelling which included tearing up the existing 1,000 sq ft of tile (some of which was tile on top of tile) and replacing it with both new porcelain rectified tile and wood laminate. Joe came out and gave us an estimate and an expectation of what was entailed. He also gave us a definite start date.

 + -1 moreHe had specialists come in who knew what they were doing. There also had to be some concrete work done. The man that did the work was really a sculptor, an artist! They did excellent work! The workers were friendly and professional. I felt like I was treated very well. I also used them recently to install 2 accordion shutters.
Description of Work: They installed a new front door for me. They took out the old one with a side light. They installed the new one to open out, the old one opened in, they also put in a new side light.
