They are the best movers ever! Not only did everything get moved without anything being broken, they repaired a piece of my piano that evidently was broken by the previous movers. They also helped me arrange our furniture in my new house. Although their estimate came in higher than other moving companies, the final bill came in less than the other estimates I had received. I would definitely, definitely use them again. They are the very best.

We've used Joe Bonnie & Son's on for a work/office move, now time to move my CEO and no question who to call. They were great to work with around scheduling and even fit us in on the day we really wanted, with only a weeks notice. Arrived on time and went right to work. Every guy on the team was hard working, focused and respectful (had issues with that last one with a previous moving company). They got done on time (actually a smidge early!!) and not one scratch or broken item. THEY ARE GREAT!!

It went really smoothly. I had used Joe Bonnie & Son Moving & Storage several years ago when I moved to Palm Beach Gardens. They did a fine job for me then so I contacted them again for my move back to my townhouse. They did NOT disappoint me. Three men came on time and loaded the truck very quickly. They were extremely careful with my items and I had been worried because my sofa is unusally heavy and also my dresser. They had no problems. Extremely professional and friendly group of workers. Everything was extremely well packed and everything arrived safely and without incident. Everyone of the workers was friendly and willing to put things wherever I wished. This move went off like clockwork and without a single problem.

Very, very, well

I want to thank all of you at Joe Bonnie & Son for making what was kind of a difficult day for me a whole lot easier. Theresa was a real pro and a pleasure to work with. Melissa, Kate and everyone at the office were always cheerful and helpful. And on moving day Lee, Jimmy, and Jamal were all in good spirits and took care of things the way my Mom would have wanted them to, all with a smile and good humor. I'm almost sorry the job got done faster than we anticipated. I'll be calling you all again next time.

The guys were great -- arrived promptly, took great care with the furniture, and quickly loaded and unloaded the truck. This is my second move with Joe Bonnie & Son, and though I hope not to move again soon, I would absolutely use the company a third time.

I have used various movers over the past 35 years, and my experience with Joe Bonnie & Son was by far the best. The team of four men arrived on time and were incredible. These men were polite, respectful, positive, and extremely competent. They went above and beyond to treat my belongings as though they were their own. The team leader Jimmy kept me informed during the entire loading and unloading process. This was the most stress-free and pleasant move I have ever experienced. My belongings arrived in perfect condition, and the team could not have done more for me. I also commend the Office Staff for answering all of my questions prior to the move in a kind, helpful way. Side note -- It's worth a trip to the Office to buy the brown moving tape. This company is top notch in every area. If I have occasion to move again, my first and only contact will be to hire Joe Bonnie & Son. I give them the highest possible rating and am delighted with my experience.

This company is outstanding!  It is not the least expensive, but it is the best.  We were only moving a short distance and thought we could move much of our smaller things ourselves.  We also recognized that it was in our best physical interest to let someone else do the packing and, of course, do the moving.  From the estimator (Theresa Bonnie) to the packers to the movers (Jimmy Bonnie, lead mover), all were professional and excellent at their respective jobs.  Whether I was talking to someone in the office, watching someone carefully packing our art glass collection or someone moving in a chair being careful not to touch the newly painted walls, everything was handled with great attention to detail.  Each and every employee is part of the Joe Bonnie family, even though are not all related.  People take ownership for the quality of their work and work to exceed the customer's expectations.  Although I hope we don't ever have to move from our new home, if we do, Joe Bonnie will be my first call!

Not a lot to say. . . it ALL went very well:

First, the estimator came out (a unique feature we have found for small local moves - a few other companies just said, 'So many men for so many hours for X dollars, and then so many dollars for each additional half or full hour.') and surveyed our belongings, as well as the optional routes by which to move our furniture.  After this he provided a written estimate, and described how he thought our move should be executed for the best experience and efficiency.

After that, we spoke with Joe Bonnie & Son staff to (1) lock in our date [and pay deposit], (2) for answers to any new questions that arose as we prepared for our move, and (3) to work out the particulars regarding the pick-up and drop-off of a few items at a location (e.g., a self-storage locker) other than those directly involved in our move.  All this was handled with professionalism and surety.

Finally, on the day of the move, the crew showed up promptly at the designated location(s), and proceeded to quickly and efficiently move our furniture out of one apartment and into the other, placing everything where and as we directed . . . even tweaking one piece or another to assure our satisfaction.  They did not stop until we said, thank you, it's all done.  (At which point they asked to collect the balance due.)

And, lastly, nothing was broken or damaged or lost.

As everyone knows, moving is a nightmare! By working with the professionals at Joe Bonnie, not so much!  After making multiple calls ton several other companies which never called back, I decided that by the way my first phone call was handled, this was the company for me.  You can only get one chance to make a first impression and Kate in the office did that!  The were timely, efficient, kind, and extremely on point as far as the cost.  Another local company quoted me approximately $800 MORE and never returned any phone calls.  I would recommend them to anyone & although I don't plan on moving again anytime soon, will keep their contact info handy in order to recommend them.  Thank you so much for working with me changing my dates, fitting me in at the last minute and sending a great team from the estimator to the movers.
