Jaret arrived to look at the leak and to provide an estimate. Scheduling the estimate was easy because Nikki is professional and helpful. Jaret not only checked out the garage, but he took a look at the main house attic too. He was actually early for our appointment. He carefully explained the problems and the solution. I appreciated how thorough and competent he was.
I had lots of questions. Jeff Albert personally responded to my email. I was delighted by his willingness to exceed my expectations.
Jeff and Jaret quickly assembled a team that could repair the roof before our first tropical storm of the season arrived. Most other roofers struggled to even provide an estimate in that time frame!
The roofing crew, Fredy, Juan and Eric arrived on time and kept me informed of all issues. They did a great job and even caulked a few cracks in the stucco for me. I'm grateful for their hard work on a weekend.
I'm so happy that I found Jeff Albert Roofing on Angie's List. I have already recommended them to friends.

We were called by Jeff to set up a date and time. He came on the day he said he would be here and also came out before the time he had said. Husband said he was very nice and looked over everything. Gave us a verbal price of what it would cost to fix our roof. He will send over hard figures in a couple of days.  Went over what needs to be fix now and what could wait till later. Very happy at this time. This was worth the money for us to have him come out.

They showed up on time and explained me everything, I did not have any major issues on my roof just wanted to make sure. they also provided all photos of roof where any attention is needed.
I would use this provider again and highly recommended.

He looked at my roof and told me exactly what I needed to do, to get it fixed.  He was very honest with me.  He told me to contact Angie's List to purchase a Big Deal, because Angie's List gives us so much business.  They'll be back tomorrow hopefully to repair my roof.

Jaret showed up on time.  He inspected our roof.  We knew that we had a broken tile.  We provided him with a tile and he fixed it while he was here.  Jaret also pointed out another area that needed  fixing.  Everything was done in one visit.  We bought the "special" that wasadvertised on Angie's list for the roof inspection.  Each item listed on the special was completed. He took a picture of a future "problem spot".
 We would recommend and use this company again.

Got quote on 10/23/2014 and was told it would be 2 weeks to get repair.
I called weekly and was told it would be 2 more weeks.
Finally on 11/18 they crew showed up at 3:30 and worked until 4:30.
On 11/19 they returned at 9:30 and finished at 4:30.

I just purchased my new home and I had approx 8 cracked tiles. I purchased the Tile Roof Tune up special from Angies list. Very happy with Jeff Albert Roofing. They arrived early for the appoint., very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. They examined the roof & they were very through. They repaired 4 cracked tiles and replaced 4 tiles. They took pictures and sent them to me via email. I would highly recommend.

The workers were professional and dig a great job. They cleaned the whole area when the job was done.

Like I wrote in the "What did the provider do?" section of this review, I am very pleased with their ability to isolate the problem(s), give me a very fair price, effectively fix the problem(s) and clean up after themselves.  I not only would use them again but I highly recommend them to anyone that requires roof work.

Work was scheduled very quickly. The guys were on site within 48 hours of us accepting the estimate. A crew of at least 5 was there the entire first day. The guys were very quick and professional.  Any issues that came up along the way were quickly and professionally handled for us.   Our roof was totally finished in 3 days.  There were 1 or 2 things that we noticed after they had finished but all it took was a phone call and someone was out promptly to take care of it.  We are very pleased with the results.  I wish there was a place to share pictures so you could see the before and after but it looks great.  Would I recommend Jeff Albert Roofing ?  Absolutely, positively, 100% YES !

There were about 100 roof tiles that were replaced. They did an excellent job matching the color and for the front they took tiles from the peak so the color would match perfectly. There were also some tiles that needed to be repaired.

I will write a thorough evaluation following the completion of my roofing work.

Jeff and his crew are by far the most responsive, honest and professional group I have ever dealt with.  Jeff explained all procedures prior to the reroof.  My neighbors are asking who did the job since they were so professional removing all debris from the property each day.  Was a great experience and I would recommend them for any job.

The work was mostly accomplished in two days in June, when it didn't rain too much. It  rained some on those two days but they only had to cover up the roof with a tarp one time. They also installed the flashing, which required removing and then reinstalling some of the cement tiles from the sloped roof where it joined with the flat roof. This was accomplished over a few days time due to the constant rain, some of it very heavy, we were having in Florida. There was some more work, although minor, that needed to  be done. This  included a few areas where the flat roof part met the sloped part, that had some minor standing water puddles)  that needed correcting. However, we needed dry weather to accomplish the work and the weather reports were for more rain every day. I had some doctors appointment up north, since I only live in Florida part time, drove back up north to Pennsylvania and arranged with Jeff Albert  that I would return when it looked like it would be dry for a while. Although he didn't need me I wanted to be there and pay him for the work once it was finished and was approved by the Palm Beach County Inspectors. I came back in early July and there was a break for a day in the rain and we got the work done. Then he got the County inspection approval and only then did Jeff Albert ask for and accept payment.
I must say, having used contractors on many different occasions in my  70 year lifetime, HE WA BY FAR THE BEST. Considering my  need to go up north and the constant rain, which made doing and finishing the job even harder then it should be, Jeff Albert and his different specialized crews, did a really outstanding job. He was patient with me and my questions and schedule, got the job done under difficult conditions, and went above and beyond what you would expect from a good contractor. Although not the cheapest of the numerous contractors I got estimates from, he was competitive and had good references from Angie's list as well as other homeowner in my  housing  development. I really can't say in words how very pleased I was to find such a knowledgeable, honest and dedicated contractor. If you need a roofer, he is the one you should choose.

We really liked him. He was courteous and was very professional. He just did a great job. We're very happy with him.

He was honest. He had integrity and was prompt when he arrived. So far everything is fine. Other people were telling us that we basically needed to take our house apart but he said we didn't and guaranteed his work.
