Jay is the absolute bomb! I had so many things wrong with my PC which started with a Windows update gone wrong to issues that occurred when a not so competent company (not from Angi) attempted repair. Jay spent 3+ hours getting me back in business. I will definitely continue working with Jay and I highly recommend his services.

Best Computer Tech I have worked with ever! Great combination of timeliness, reasonable pricing, communication skills, figuring out what needed to be done even when I did not describe in correct computer terminology, and patience. He figured out how to take control of my screen remotely so no need to have home visit when South Florida on lock down because of Corona Virus. Your computer will be AOK after a visit from Jay!

I do not recommend services from this vendor. This was intended to me a mid-grade upgrade with standard components that can be bought online or retail. At first he replied promptly to my Angie's List inquiry and quickly made arrangements to receive the computer, but after that, progress came to a crawl. After countless calls and texts pushing and asking for updates, it took him 3 weeks to order parts, two weeks to receive them, and two additional weeks to install them... minus the video card because the wrong part was delivered/ordered. So I had to order that and install it. It has taken two months and my computer still doesn't work.... it won't turn on. So apparently now I have a power supply issue that I didn't have before hiring him. And instead of continuing to help me resolve the power issue, he suggested I talk to his supplier directly.

Jay was quick to respond via text and telephone and was responsive throughout the process. He was able to repair my laptop in a short amount of time. Jay was always prompt when we met and was nice to work with. He was also very conscientious of COVID-19 protocol and was respectful of boundaries. Thanks Jay for a job well done!
