Description of Work: I switched to Imperial Point Animal Hospital when I got my second dog in April, 2015. It was closer to my home than where I had been going. It was highly recommended by one of my neighbors. I'm so glad I was referred here! Dr. Edleson is fantastic! All the techs are very kind and friendly. It is obvious they care deeply about animals. They offer a pet wellness program that really shaved dollars off my bill. I was particularly happy with the follow up call and reminders. They made me feel taken care of and important. You won't deal with long wait times or not seeing the same vet on return visits. I highly recommend Imperial Point Animal Hospital.

+ -1 moreHad the vet who saw my cat listened to my concern, perhaps they would have seen his fleas the first time. My cat has gone through alot getting rid of these. And so house my house and my checkbook! Quality is lacking at this facility.
Description of Work: My cat was scratching at his ears, and needed his routine exam and shots. When I asked about his ears, they told me there were no mites or fleas, just to clean his ears. I told them I had noticed black 'stuff' coming off of him. They gave me a bill and sent me home. Two weeks later the fleas were so bad I took him back to them. They charged me to 'find' the fleas which he had the first time and sold me some expensive flea medicine. I was told to go home and hire a man to spray my house as well. Several weeks later my cat had worms from the fleas. Rest assured I did not give this vet even more money for that! I wrote all this in a letter to the vet, to which I received no response. So when presented with the opportunity to remediate, they did nothing. Apparently they don't need the business.
