 + -1 moreOne plug-in recepticle does not work, granite counter-top has a 1/4" deep chip , faucet was supposed to be PfricePfister, cabinets are poorly built and installed improperly. Insulation was not replaced in attic where ever they worked. All new electric wiring that they installed was left laying on top of ceiling and not placed in conduit. Joint compound chipping from ceiling. Ceiling fan(new) in Florida room and living room are scratched. Broke verticle blind in living room. Tile floors have high spots and shortof grout and open gaps, and several chips. Shower door installed sloppy, and was not silicone calked (leaked). Hole in upper wall over medicine cabinet. Light switch has power to it but does nothing. No towel or toilet paper holders were installed in both bathrooms. Kitchen sink was improperly installed and started to fall down. Instant hot water heater was not replaced and filtered drinking water system was not replaced. Three light switches in condo are hot but do nothing.
Description of Work: Remodeled kitchen,Florida room,living-dining room,2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Removed 13 windows and replaced with Hurricane resistant windows,removed all floor coverings and replaced 2/3 rds with new tile, removed popcorn texture off ceilings, redid ceilings and walls with knock-down. Removed domed kitchen ceiling and replaced with flat ceiling w/canister lights. Removed and replaced kitchen cabinets and granite counter top.Removed closet doors both bedrooms, and built Florida closets.Rebuilt both bathrooms with new shower doors,tile,recessed lights and vanities.
