I am Hal Miller of Grandview Home Remodeling formerly a custom builder (Grandview Custom Homes). Since new construction has stopped up North, I moved down to Florida 5 years to start a Repair and Remodeling Business. I do any type of repairs and remodeling, painting, pressure cleaning, kitchen and bath renovations. Perfection is not only what you get, it’s what I INSIST ON!! Perfection has its price. I am very competitively priced for perfection the first time around. I show up on time, I leave your home clean every day I leave and you can trust me in your home. If you want high quality work at a good price, that's me. If you just want to pay the least you can get away with, then I'm not your man. I don't cut corners and you can find me after I get paid. Florida is a very tough place to get good quality work and contractors that are reliable. I am licensed and my reputation is impeccable. I have a list of references any time you want one. "After your house was pressure cleaned, you realized it didn't need to be painted. Alot of people dont realize thats all they needed to make their house look fresh and clean. Thank you for your business and referals."
Hal did an excellent job during estimation of costs, selection, pick-up and delivery of materials and the overall physical work (demo thru construction and painting). Also, very neat, clean and tidy, as well as, respectful of me and my home. I trust him completely and had no issues whatsoever.
Hal is very dependable and a perfectionist, treating my home as if it was his own. He volunteered to work over a holiday weekend, to keep on schedule. He completed everything we planned and a few extras I requested within about 8 weeks. That is a very quick turnaround in my book.
I will use Hal and Grandview again in the future and strongly suggest you call him today for any remodel needs.
