Graham's Restoration

Description of Work: Toilet leak resulted in water damage to carpets. Called Celtic Carpet Cleaning and they referred us to Graham's Restoration. Celtic claimed that Graham's Restoration of Delray Beach, Florida was a full service company. After calling them, no one returned our call. Checked Angie's List and BBB. Angie didn't have a review; and BBB rated company as B-. Called the next provider on the list. About 2 hours later, Graham's Restoration called, and we told them we found another company and to cancel our interest in having someone quote the job and so no location information was provided. About an hour later while the chosen company was remedying the situation, representatives of Graham's Restoration came to job site. No idea how they found us. Turned them away. Within a few minutes Graham's representatives returned to advise that they expect to receive a fee for cancelation. We told them that we canceled prior to their coming. Then the Graham's Restoration owner called and when we told him that job was canceled previously, this guy began screaming obscene and vulgar expletives. This went on for awhile until we hung up the phone. Very glad we didn't pursue this company. Owner's temper tantrum would have surely entered into the quality of work.
