Gleneagles Country Club Real Estate LLC

We live in New York and were interested in purchasing a condominium or a home in the Delray Beach, Florida area.  As we were researching possible purchases we contacted Jody about purchasing a condominium at Gleneagles Country Club.  Jody discussed the Gleneagles real estate opportunities but also discussed other possible ideas that might be suitable for us.  Jody worked with us via email and cell phone to refine our requirements about the price range, location, size of house, number of rooms, etc and we finally set up a date when we could be in Florida to review the various possibilities.  We set aside a week to do this.  Jody was very accommodating about being with us during that week and gave us several possible purchases ahead of time.  We then spent 3 days looking at many homes and were able to find and put a bid on one that we really liked that we thought was a fair price.  Although Jody's primary expertise is with the Gleneagles Country Club, Jody was completely balanced in his approach to us.   As we were going through the process, Jody educated us on what it takes to own a Florida home and provided many tips and recommendations for becoming a home owner in Florida for which we are very grateful.  Once we decided on a home to purchase, Jody continuously worked with us as our advocate through the contract process, the inspection process, and helped resolve any issues on our behalf very quickly.  As we approached the closing date, Jody, unfortunately, fell ill and required surgery.  Incredibly, within a day of the surgery, Jody was back on his cell phone getting another real estate agent to cover for us for the final closing and talking to everyone necessary to ensure that the final details were completed.
We are extremely happy with our purchase and we really had an excellent working relationship with Jody.  We would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase in that area.
