I have used them twice, had a service teck named Chuck.  He is fantastic. Quick to trouble shoot problems and repair on the spot.  Would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

The service experience was a good one.  The price was reasonable and the job was done right the first time.  They were responsive to my phone calls and arrived on time.  Very courteous and professional as well as willing to explain the job as he was doing it.  Job cost approximately $75, and I would hire them again.

It was fine, the technician arrived at the scheduled time, he was professional enough and provided the services requested.

Great - Professional and Thorough!

Fast-teks provided a simple & usable solution.  They understood my problem and provided a solution that worked for me.  I highly recommended them.

Noticed virus-like symptoms on my laptop.  Called Fast-teks.  Technician arrived two hours later.  He was polite and professional.  He explained step by step as he confirmed and removed the virus.  Very satisfied with the service. 

My out-dated wireless network died, and I needed to get up and running ASAP.  I contacted the company, and they were able to fit me in the same day.  The tech showed up on time, and was done in two hours.  The tech was efficient, professional customized the network to my needs.  He even answered some non-networking related questions.  I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Out of the blue my wife's computer crashed, she was devastated at the thought that all her files and photos of our children and grandchild were lost.

We're not the most tech savvy but thankfully our daughter had used Fast-Teks perviously and recommended them for their reliability, quick service and on-site repair. Having the work done in our home gave us the comfort and security that taking our system to other repairs centers do not offer. Our biggest fears being financial records falling into the wrong persons hands, this was no concern for us at all.

The service man arrived dressed professionally, on time and ready to fix our problem. He was very efficient, set up the new system and removing from the old all needed files and yes the hundreds of photos. During the process the rep was more than happy to answer our many questions along the way.
