They were asked to change out the windows of a small condo in Ft. Lauderdale. The windows were special ordered, so that took some time. During installation they realized they had missed measuring a window. That happens, too, sometimes. However, they were asked to do minor other repairs and they agreed—new hot water heater, repaired leak in kitchen, take down a fan. None of this was done. They were asked to look at repairing a stain on the floor. A third party was called in. We got a price, then didn't hear anything for several weeks. When we finally asked what was happening, we were told that the installation of the last window had taken place more than a month before and that flooring was "on order." We canceled the order and made other arrangements. When we finally checked the condo, the window caulking was unprofessional. We had to ask three times for keys to be returned. All in all an expensive, unprofessional and poor quality experience.
