D & B Tile Of Delray

Awful, they ordered the wrong tile.

They had to order the tile, which took several weeks. However, when the tile came in, it was the correct tile and of good quality. I was directed to use D & B by my contractor so I did not shop other prices. In April of 2015, I priced porcelain tile for a kitchen remodel. I found their prices to be higher than other outlets.

Working with D&B was super.  They have the best selection and prices in the Delray Beach/Boynton Beach area. 
Murray's Tile and Marble performed the installation. I have been in the real estate and construction fields for 40 years and John Murray and his team are one of the best tile contractors I have worked with.  They provided a competitive price. Our floor plan was "cut up" yet John's team was able to create a workable layout resulting in a spectacular finished installation.

We were recommended to Dand B. They had a nice selection of tile from which to choose. They were helpful with suggestions as to how the job should be done. Cost was within our budget. We are new to the area and needed a referral to a contractor to install the tile. They referred us to Murray's Tile and Grout and they did an excellent job. Delivery and installation went on schedule and within budget.

The tiles look beautiful. However the retirement community requested that their own man lay the tiles and we sent him all the information that was provided by D and B re: laying of the tiles.
Our contact with D and B was a gentleman by the name of Vincent and he was knowledgeable and professional. He suggested what would be the best grout to be used and also provided me with the information about sealing the grout. If I ever have an
opportunity to use D and B again, I would certainly ask for Vincent.

I had originally contacted the store to inquire about a specific product. In being told over the phone that the product is available and on display, I visited the store to view the product. Not only was it not on display or available, but the three or four employees I questioned as to where the product might be were rude and dismissive of my inquiry. I previously had purchased materials from this store and didn't have a great experience with customer service at that time either, but went back due to the quality of their product. Needless to say, I will not be returning. There is a competitor right up the block from this store that was more than helpful in answering my questions and guiding me in the right direction.

I purchased tile and marble from Dand B Tile Distributors. The staff was extremely professional and wonderful. I had a flood in my home and was desperate to find matching tile and they were great to help me. Dand B has a wonderful showroom.
