Interior Painting
I needed to get my parent's condo ready for sale. I had a week for all the above work to be completed. I called several painters on Friday. By Saturday, three gave us estimates. Marc's was the lowest bid, but we picked him because we felt the most comfortable that he knew his trade and would finish by Friday, our deadline. Marc and his team member, Randy, actually started work on Sunday. They did finish on time on Friday. Along the way, Marc made suggestions on things we could do to help make the house sell more quickly. For example, he suggested changing the cabinet handles. They really did update the look of the condo.
