+ -1 moreI needed to get my parent's condo ready for sale. I had a week for all the above work to be completed. I called several painters on Friday. By Saturday, three gave us estimates. Marc's was the lowest bid, but we picked him because we felt the most comfortable that he knew his trade and would finish by Friday, our deadline. Marc and his team member, Randy, actually started work on Sunday. They did finish on time on Friday. Along the way, Marc made suggestions on things we could do to help make the house sell more quickly. For example, he suggested changing the cabinet handles. They really did update the look of the condo.
Description of Work: In a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a kitchen, dining room, living room, and Florida room, he painted all the walls. Because the condo had popcorn ceiling, he spray painted all the ceilings. He painted the cabinets in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Before painting he patched all holes and fixed 2 cracks in the walls. He put up 2 light fixtures and a mirror in the bathroom. He put new handles on all the cabinets. He patched the previous cabinet handle holes, and drilled new holes for the new handles. He caulked in both bathrooms.
