I ordered anniversary flowers from the Crystal Rose Florist in Delray Beach, Florida and they were not delivered. I left a message and was not called back until the next day (after the anniversary) and the owner, Judy was extremely rude and unprofessional. She “apologized” but did not offer to correct the error. She raised her voice to me on the phone and accused me of not understanding how flower delivery works. For someone in business for so long I expected a lot more. I will NEVER do business with someone who treats customers with such disrespect.
