My garage door from time to time needs new springs, lift cables and nylon rollers replaced. I called this company because I knew it was time to have it serviced again. The serviceman came out right away and was professional. He did some of the work but told me he had to order the springs. It took 2 months to get the springs. They came out and finished the job, added some trusses I did not ask for that were very expensive. In the past the service for my garage door is about $350.00-$425.00. I was shocked to get a bill for $880.00. They added tax to the bill that was supposed to be 6% but was actually more. I will not use this company again as I feel the bill was padded to offset the slow economy.

We called Crawford, and they said they could be out the next day between 9 and 12. He arrived at 11:00 and finished his work in 45 minutes. He showed us how to program the pad. Without asking, he adjusted our door.
