It did not go smoothly at all.  They set up the account wrong and started sending the bills to a brand new email address that the phone rep set up but never told me about.  Then the bill became past due.  They also charged me for a service that is free from my HOA, so that took some calls to undo.  They also DID NOT give me the correct programming with all the stations (including HBO channels) that are included with my HOA dues.  I had to make no less than 7 phone calls to them to get these things corrected.  Each time, except two, I was given information that was incorrect according tot he next person I spoke with at Comcast.   If this service was not included in my HOA dues at my current home or my last home, I would NOT use Comcast.  I can call 7 times and get 7 different reps telling me completely different things and even saying that they don't see in the computer that the previous rep did what they saiad they were going to do.  Big big time waster.  The only thing they are good at is sending bills.
I give them an overall F and would not recommend uisng Comcast for cable tv service in Delray Beach area.

They provide internet service and the quality is good. I recommended them because they act promptly.
