DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...they quoted me one price to move the small number of items in my storage room to my house to drop off a table and then to a donation center for the rest. When they got there, they told me they were almost doubling the price. Total bait and switch as you will see from others. I am also reporting them to the BBB. When we spoke to the manager, who had a tape of their original price and would still not honor it, we canceled. They charged us anyway. They are fraudulent companies...do not use them!!!!

Adrian and Adonis were fantastic, hard working and professional. They even finished an hour early. I will definitely call them again for my next move. Thanks guys!

Absolutely fantastic. The two young men that came to do the job were very personable and polite. I would not hesitate to give them any recommendatins. Kudos to Tate and Zak.

My wife was walking our two rescue pit-bulls while I was at work when the incident happened. It's a good thing I was at work because I would of knocked every one of these punks out. They stopped working when she walked by to get a good look. Then the cat calls started. The dogs started freaking out when someone moved a giant tree branch. The eye-******* continued. Then some ******* was trying to start up a chainsaw right next to her. The dogs got even more scared. They were trying to get away and she was screaming at him to stop with the chainsaw. What did this ******* do...he got it fired up then revved it a bunch of times in her direction. Like it's a big joke. Now, she's screaming at him to stop and the dogs are frantic. Every single one of those morons just stood there. No leadership. No adult supervision. Just a bunch of immature jackasses intimidating a 100lb woman. As a former Army Ranger...they are lucky I was not home. If they want violence, I'll show them what it means to intimidate someone. I called the Franchise Headquarters who directed me to the local branch. I spoke to the 'Director of Smiles" at the local branch and filed a furious complaint. I demanded to speak to the general manager or franchise owner. He took my complaint and no one called me back or e-mailed me. I called back the next day and spoke to the same guy. He gave me some bs line about "we're committed to customer satisfaction bla bla bla." It's been 3 days since the incident and I haven't heard a peep from this company. Let's put some light on the situation and see if I get a response.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! READ THIS BEFORE GIVING YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. We were robbed and taken advantage of, take the time to read this before giving your money to this company. We just had our first big move and hired College Hunks Hauling Junk Moving Company because their prices were affordable for us. We hired them first to move the items out of our Coral Springs home into storage units so we could sell our house quicker and start our move to Georgia. The first time using the company was great. We decided to use the company again once we moved into our new home in Georgia. I flew down to Florida so I could be there to help the new men get into our storage units. Unfortunately Hurricane Irma came at this same time and since I no longer had a safe place to stay in Florida I had no other option but to leave. I left only because the moving company understood and said it would be no problem for them to do the move without us there due to the given circumstances. Finally once Hurricane passed we heard nothing from the company for a few days. Understanding they had a lot of their plate we didn’t bother them we just expected to get a call once they were ready. Finally giving them a call days later they had brushed our move to the side and didn’t rush the move until we called asking what the deal was. On September 14th the movers began loading up the truck and would be at our new home September 15th. I stayed in contact with the lead man Ernest the entire time. Before unloading Ernest and I went over paperwork. We were surprised with a “discounted” $250 charge for having one of our old motorcycles in the storage unit. We never received a call or any concern regarding it. They gave us no option to op out of paying for it even though we were never informed. We gladly would have had them leave the motorcycle there and saved us from the forced bill of $250. We began the unloading and since there were only two guys and I gladly worked hard with them to help them get unpacked so they could start their drive back at a decent hour. Ernest complained and bragged a lot about the work he did, he did not seem happy to help us move. The guys left on very good time and I even tipped them $150 (which was all we could afford at the time.) There were a few things we knew we needed from the storage unit for my husbands work, one being an expensive Magliner. The Magliner did not make it back to our home even though Ernest and the other mover claimed to have “seen” it. (They made no claim to using it) So, we contacted the local Manager Steve about the situation. He said they would talk to Ernest and see what happened to our Magliner. During this process we were never updated as to what was going on. Days and weeks would go by when we never heard anything, we would call having to beg for information. As I unpacked the house little by little we found so many more items missing! Almost everyday something new we would remember that we didn’t see unpacking along with so many damages! Finding pictures I had of our storage unit I circled and directly sent and email to Steve letting him know with pictures so many of the things we are missing. Everytime we spoke to someone from the company they made it seem as if this was not a big deal to them. Many of the items were sentimental items to my husband's mother who just passed away. All in all we finally came up with a list of items we are missing, totaling in worth easily over $1,000. Large work items such as our argon gas tank for our welder, nail guns, and a pipe bender all missing. Steve finally gets back to us on October 19th with the evaluation of the whole situation. The Owner and the GM come up with no explanation and take no blame for what happened to our things. According to Ernest and the other workers nothing happened to all of our missing items except for the Magliner which they found randomly on their property because the movers decided to use our belongings… They offered to buy us a new Magliner and a check for $300 for inconvenience. Why would they pay $400 for a new Magliner instead of mailing us ours that was so called “found” even though we haven't seen any photographic proof of it. A check for $300 doesn’t even cover the tip I gave the men who robbed us and the unexpected bill they didn’t even have the decency to tell us about beforehand. I called Steve myself devastated that we were robbed and this was the best answer the company came up with. Steve, on the phone gives me the excuse that he had no say in any of this and he was just the middleman. There was nothing he could do because it was not up to him. In this case I asked Steve if he had no say in any of this why was I speaking to him about anything. I asked him very politely that I would like the company Owner or GM to personally give me a call. Today is November 6th. The company has made no effort to contact me or mail us the Magliner we were promised.

Great job - Jason and Jeremy were fantastic. On time, professional and personable, work done quickly, fair price. Would use again and recommend to others.

Matt and his co-hunk came 2 hours after my appointed window time (10am-12pm) but they called me during the window time to tell me that they were running late because of another job and would be coming around 2:30pm. That was fine especially since they called a couple of times to inform me where and when they'd be coming. I thought that very professional. When they got here they estimated how much truck space my stuff would take up and gave me an estimate on the job, $397. I thought that that was a little high and it sucked that I had to pay someone to make a donation pickup for me but I didn't have the time to find a charity and wait for their truck to arrive. College Hunks were available that same day and that was what I needed so I guess it was worth it. Matt and his co-hunk did a great job collecting the stuff and clearing out my garage and then they swept up the garage for me which was an added bonus. So all in all I would definitely recommend these guys to others and even use them again especially if in a bind.

The College Hunks crew completely eliminated any stress from the relocation process. Cassie was timely, professional and accurate regarding the process and estimates (which were exactly the price we paid). And Ernest and Steve were our two outstanding Hunks. The were totally professional and never complained a word about all the stairs, twists and turns at our new home. Everyone called 30 minutes before arrival and they were right on time every day. We've relocated for work many times, and this was by far the most professional, stress free experience we've ever had. I was working through most of the process and my wife was completely comfortable with the crew as they were polite, professional and courteous. Thanks College Hunks Moving for making my life more stress free by making her life more stress free.

Darren and Diondre did a great job removing the cornices, cleaning up the residue, and seeing that everything was as clean as it was before they arrived.

The HUNKs just picked up my two sofas that nobody else seemed to want to move because they were on the 2nd floor. And though I would have preferred not having to pay for their removal, I wasn't left with much of a choice. The HUNKs, Spencer and Dustin, were very professional, although, I did give them tips on how to get them out the door. :-)

I would recommend them to anyone who needs a moving service or junk removal.

Bad! These guys are terrible and they damaged and stole personal property. They quoted one price and charged another and didn't want to move some of my stuff because they said it was "too heavy". A scheduled six hour move took two days. I highly recommend NOT using this company!!!

The estimate was professionally done and easy to understand. The company makes excellent use of digital devices and communicates well. The movers - supervisor Jorge, Manny, Chase, and Robert were friendly and helpful. They worked slowly but steadily. All items arrived safely. However, they need to be more careful with wooden furniture - a number of wooden items were not wrapped and ended up with scratches and minor gouges. This could have been prevented if more care had been taken in moving the items.

Spencer and Maleik arrived right on time and were very professional and friendly. Even though the a/c was not working and it was extremely hot, they worked cheerfully and efficiently. As they worked, I noticed more and more items that needed to go and they smiled and said, "Yes, ma'am, we can do that for you." They made it all fit into one truckload and took a significant weight off my shoulders. I would definitely recommend this company, and Spencer and Maleik in particular.

Robert and Spencer called before arriving on time. Took the several pieces of a wall unit, along with screws and wires, and several pictures of how it looks when assembled. And then, they cleaned up the dust that had been under the wall unit. Very professional and personable young men. Yes, I will use then again. I had no idea that they are so good. They even encouraged me to get an estimate for my upcoming move.

Needed everything gone and Wilson and Spencer were very professional and helpful. I was booked from 1-3pm and they called before 1 to let us know it would be closer to 3pm. They called again when they were on the way and showed up right when they said they would. After quoting the price they got right to work and went above and beyond to get the job done. Would use them again and recommend their services.
