From the day my husband and I started working with  Carol Ann we had total service.  We felt we were her only clients.  Once we found some properties we thought might work (November), my husband flew to FL and met Carol Ann.  She showed  him several properties and recommended other properties that were not on the market yet.  In December, my husband and I both went down to Florida to see what else Carol Ann had to show.  She understood what we were looking for - and showed us two properties that met our needs.  She also took us around to see what we could get for less money to give us some options. We decided on a condo in Delray Beach.  Carol Ann did all the follow up  with the seller, title company, etc.  We never had to go back to FL, Carol Ann did all the work.  She went to the inspection, found some issues, went back to a second inspection, read all the contracts, found $$ mistakes sent it back to the developer's para-legal to be updated.  She made sure we had hurricane shutters, and items that we were not aware.  She facilitated the final closing and still is checking on things for us.  Example - the front door had dents, which I wanted fixed.  She found out the HOC took care of such problems and talked to them about fixing the door.  There is currently a 'renter' of the condo.  She followed up with him, and gave us instructions on what we needed to do so we would received the rent.  Honestly, we have had several home settlements over the years and I have to say - Carol Ann gets our A+.  She stays in touch in case there is anything we need since we are not moving down until next Fall.  My husband has a business which is Angie's List rated as A+ - and the service we received from Carol Ann is  A+.  

I do not wish to share with Band of Neighbors since we do not want to publish we will be aware for winter months.
