Az The Wizard Picture Framing

I went into this store to reframe an expensive signed piece of art. "I" put together some ideas that I thought might work. I found that the owner, while helpful, lacked an artistic eye and appeared to have no design skills or training whatsoever. "I" actually put together the framing combination that the customer before me wound up purchasing - the customer did not like what the owner proposed. I found a combination that I liked and took pictures to review at the location that the piece would be placed. I also visited other shops to explore my options as this was an important piece for me. I went back to him out of courtesy to see if he had a different option that I had found. He was rude and berated me for looking at other options. He told me that b/c he spent time w/me (even when no one else was in the store), I was not allowed to look at other places or options and owed him my business. Seriously? He is arrogant and rude and even if he were less expensive, I would not buy from him.

Az is a very friendly guy. He gives you all the options so you have flexibility at the time of spending the $$$$. He was very professional and again friendly. I will do my next framing with Az.

I couldn't be happier with the framing Az did for me. He's so talented and helped me choose great mats and frames. He's my #1 choice for framing! I'll be using him in the future.

So far so good with helpful choices, but I won't be back in FL until August to pick them up and hopefully drop off more.

Az, was very helpful in picking out a frame appropriate for a 19th century landscape. Also, knew I needed to keep cost down. Very professional and very nice. I prefer small businesses and being able to deal with one or two people. I avoid large chains. I absolutely will use them again.

I went to see Az in May in hopes of having a last minute present fabricated for my husband's birthday. With two children under 5 years old in tow, I entered his establishment with my husband's college hockey portraits, hoping to get them matted and framed in 3 days so they could be presented to him as an extra personal gift from his children. My kids were so ridiculously bad that day...not listening to me and tired of being dragged from store to store...Az only smiled and reassured me that my little unruly beasts were not a problem. He examined the pictures and masterfully picked out several color options for the matte and frame. I was so distracted my 2 year old breaking away from me and trying to climb an easel that I couldn't make a decision...But Az was an angel and wonderfully patient with me until I made my choice. I explained this was a last minute idea for me, and told him that I needed the pictures completed in 3 days...he smiled and said "I'll try!" He called me the NEXT DAY and said I could pick up my framed portraits the following morning. They are gorgeous! The perfect compliment of colors and exceeding all of my expectations! And he never charged me a "Rush Fee." He was reasonably priced, an absolute professional, and an amazing craftsman...it is so refreshing to see someone take such pride in his work and his client's satisfaction. I would highly recommend Az to anyone that is looking for a framer in South Florida.
