Real Estate Service
Todd Wilson was the real estate agent for a property we purchased in Delray Beach. Todd was not responsive to phone calls and voicemail messages and was quick to have his "assistant" be the contact point. In addition, if it weren't for my own realtor working with us to find the home in Delray, the transaction would have never closed. In numerous instances, my realtor had to tell Todd what he needed to be doing, who he needed to call and other legal nuances that were involved with this transaction. Todd didn't even know that because an investment company was selling the home, documentation needed to be provided showing that the person signing the contract for sale was indeed legally authorized to sign.
Despite numerous problems, Todd's broker never got involved with the transaction. I would not recommend Todd as a real estate agent. He did not earn his commission.
