I love Dr. Art Malernee. He is very responsive (he calls back after you leave a message within 15 minutes) and he has consistently addressed my concerns with my older dog quickly and efficiently at reasonable prices.
I love that I only deal with him and that when we go to see him, there are no long waits, and he examines my dog right in the waiting room with minimal stress to her. I can't say enough good things about this vet.

Dr. Malernee is great. He returns calls promptly. He sees one animal at a time and does the exam on the floor rather than put the animal on the table. He has a very calm manner which settled our dog right down even while having to stick him with a needle. The price for his services is very reasonable. I have seen several vets through the years with varying levels of satisfaction. I absolutely recommend him to anyone.

As it turned out she also had an ear infection. The doctor spent a lot of time with me and my dog explaining my dog's issues and discussing veterinary care in general. I like the fact there is no one else in the office at the time so there is no extraneous distractions for the doctor or the dog. I also like the fact that the doctor is not trying to sell additional services or treatments.

r said meet me in an hour he was there before me. My dog that I just adopted had a cough dr gave him penicillin shot and corticosteroid shot. A little weird- Dr examines and treats dog in the waiting room. Appeared to have difficulty giving shots. Dog yelped he dropped 1 shot on the floor and picked it up and proceeded to give my dog the shot. I wasn't happy with that he said nothing to worry about. He told me to buy the cheapest dog food in Walmart.

Great and affordable after hours care. Look no further! The BEST

If you're in need of a vvet or looking to change I highly recommend Dr. Malarnee. He is absolutely wonderful. He was referred by a friend and I can't say enough. You will be the only person in the waiting room. The DR comes into the waiting room (at least for our cat) and while he chats with you he lets the animal roam. When he's ready he picked up the cat and examined him right on his lap. Much less stress for the cat than in an examine room. It was a great experience for all of us and we never felt rushed. He answered all our questions and is quick to call us back when an emergency occurs with our cat. He's is very caring and his prices are very reasonable. In addtion he is available 24 hours .. no more trips to the Pet Emergecy Clinics.

We took our dog Harley to Dr. Malernee yesterday for the first time. He got on the floor to let Harley get acquainted. He was so gentle with him. We are very pleased with Dr. Malernee and will continue to use him. Harley has an abscesses tooth and a grape size lump on his hind quarter. They will be taken care of this coming Friday.

Dr Malerney takes only one client at a time, is always punctual, gets on the floor with my dogs to make assessments.i started going to him because he, like me, doesn't believe dogs and cats need to be inoculated every year, he gives you all the alternatives for dealing with your critters' health issues, rather than opting immediately for invasive and expensive treatment. He returns my phone calls promptly too, personally.. He's not your average vet to be sure.

Wonderful .. wonderful vet. I highly recommend him. One patient at a time in the office. The cat ran around for about 15 minutes before he picked him up and examined him. In meantime we discussed the issues we were having. We were there about 30 minutes ... he is no rush. He is great and the his prices are very reasonable.

They were on Angie's List and I like their professionalism. The doctor personally returned my phone call in an hour. He is very professional, prompt, nice and cordial. He sat down and took the time to discuss the diagnosis for both of my dogs. Later, he took the time to send me an email asking how the dogs were doing; I thought that was really good.

I called to make an apt. and left a message, the Doctor actually called me back within the hour to schedule apt. When we arrived the Doctor met us at the door. No wait. We sat down in the lobby and the Doctor performed the exam right there, which was great because the dogs were much calmer than having to be put up on a table in a little room. The Doctor was very friendly and we had a nice chat while he did the exam and vaccinations. He was very knowledgable and was good with both the dogs and the kids!!

The Doctor was recommended by a friend after our vet retired. I can't tell you how nice it is to find a vet who doesn't push things on you or make you fell like you need to have test after test and you don't walk out going what just happen and owing hundreds of dollars.

We just moved to Florida in July. We have 2 dogs, but still haven't had the need for a vet, yet. Until our dog, Rocco, wasn't acting like himself. My wife told me that he was very lethargic all day, and wouldn't eat (very uncharacteristic). When I got home from work, I didn't receive his normal jubilant greeting. My daughter and I took Rocco and our other dog, Gracie, for a walk. Rocco walked about 50 feet and proceeded to lie down in the middle of our block and wouldn't budge. I told my daughter to take Gracie home and have Mom pick us up with the car. Being worried, I decided to take Rocky to a vet. We found Atlantic by googling 24 hr. vets. I called at 10:00 pm and was told to bring him right in. Rocco got in and out of the car on his own and walked into the office on his own. He then lied down in the lobby. The doctor greeted us and said that he would examine Rocky right there, not wanting to traumatize him any further. Having dealt with many veterinarians, I found this to be very humane, and caring. Upon his exam, he found that Rocco just seemed to have an upset stomach, and told us to give him a little Pepto-Bismol. He charged me $60.00 and told us he should be fine. Rocco was running around two days later, feeling fine. Great doc! Not the typical veterinary "money w****". We just found our new vet.

Please beware of where you take your precious animal. This man is all about DOLLARS ONLY! I am aghast at his behavior and will NEVER NEVER go to this business again. NO COMPASSION HERE, FOLKS... please take you pet somewhere where you get a POSITIVE WORD OF MOUTH reference... this Vet is a JOKE!
