Always Better Cleaning

The crew (2) was careful to catch the chemical runoff at each downspout and water the shrubbery to prevent any chemicals from damaging the plants.  It was a windy day and a few plants did get splashed with the chemicals, but have since recovered.  The white concrete barrel roof looks great as well as my drive and walkways.  I know this is better than pressure washing which can damage the roof.  The crew suggested a touch up in the fall of any areas that may become moldy or blackened from dirt.  The roof was last cleaned via pressure washing about 4 years earlier and was quite dirty and moldy.

 They showed up on time and immediately got to work. I was very happy with how good the roof looked and that it was completed on the first day. It was a pleasure dealing with this company because they did what they said and did not disrupt my parents neighbors or their property. We were so pleased with the windows and patio and, the owner Jerome went beyond what they expected and making sure the job was complete to our satisfaction. The property looks fantastic and we are going to use them at our business location next month.
