I noticed my Ac was not coming out cold, (not fun in this south Florida Heat) So when i called them, they actually asked questions to what the problem was. I was able to speak with a Tech. When they came out, the Technician was really friendly,courteous and Very Professional. He spent time looking at everything but quickly assesed that the problem was my Fan motor on my outside Ac unit. He did an overall check of the Ac an and was able to fix it right away. (Some companies you have to wait for them to come back) The Tech. was very detailed and Professional in what he was doing and involved me in the process.I felt like i hired a true AC Tech. and not a salesman. I will definately use these guys for my AC needs.
