Mr. Klein and his assistant Jo were very professional. They answered all my questions and everything was done in a very timely manner. They gave me an extended family feeling. I Just met them to do the job for me but my experience with them was great I will truly miss them. They left a lasting impression. While other appraisers attempted to show the value of what the property might be after lots of work was done, Klein got the real market value.
