Worst customer service I have ever had. I was assigned to this company by my service contract company. Spoke with them and scheduled an appointment. Told them I needed a 30min heads up to get to location from work. Was told not an issue. I was called but phone went to v/m ( I left a v/m immediately back saying I was on my way ) and arrived 18 mins later and was told that the tech had left. I explained my situation and asked for a manager. Was given Mira with screaming children in the background. Asked for an owner and they refused to give me any information. I explained prior to scheduling the appoint I needed 30 min to arrive. I was told no problem. Techs phones show up as business number so when you call back you get v/m and not a person. Do not use this company!
