"A-Christian Glass takes pride in their employees and this incident is not typical of our sales representatives. Unfortunately this is one case that slipped through the cracks. Our sales representatives were under staffed at the time and we are now more prepared to handle the high demand of estimate requests. We apologize for the inconvenience and lack of communication on our part."
"The problem with this installation was due to pre-existing unforeseen structural issues. The structure had a hollow spot which could not be detected until the installation began. This possibility is mentioned in the contract and clearly states “structural issues excluded”. Though this is not something that is typically an issue, it is a possibility and cost of repair is unknown until our installers find the issue. This issue resulted in the first inspection not passing. The job was re-engineered to install a steel header above the opening. This revision was submitted to the City for approval and the City to revise the permit, which caused additional delay. Once the revision was approved and revised permit received, we completed the installation and the final inspection by the City passed. Structural issues are the homeowners' responsibility, as stated in the contact. A-Christian Glass’ mission is to always satisfy the customer. We did pay for the re-engineering and the Millers agreed to pay for the cost of the steel. In regards to the BBB membership, during that time A-Christian Glass was (and still is) an active member. A-Christian Glass' membership was on hold while they were updating their website. This issue was resolved and customer was satisfied."
"This job took place in February 2007, not July 2013. Because this job was 7-8 years ago, it is difficult to track down the exact incident, but we can guarantee those employees are no longer with the company and our standards of employee processing have increased to better service our clients."
"The allegations from the above member are very untrue. As we take great pride, after so many years in business, to make sure that the products we sell are top quality and that our clients are always pleased with their experience. In our opinion, we try to make each customer happy, but unfortunately, this was not the case with this client. No matter what was done, the client could not be satisfied."
"Thank you for your positive feedback! We are glad we could provide you with our services and hope to assist you with future projects!"

"Thank you for sharing your experience. We do try our best to make emergency services a priority, and are pleased we could assist you in a timely manner as well as find an affordable resolution."
"Thank you for your feedback! We are glad we were able to provide you with a positive experience!"
"We do apologize for your unpleasant experience. That is not the kind of customer service we provide or behavior we condone. This incident took place March 2008, and we do take higher measures to be certain this does not happen again. We appreciate your feedback, and hope we can earn your business back in the future."
