I have known Wendy for over 20 years! She is very meticulous and her workmanship! She is on every single job, but her company is hired to do! She cares about her customers and has been in business for over 30 years! You will not find anyone like her! She will communicate with you every step of the way! She’s a down to earth individual that as honest and trustworthy! You can count on her to get your project done in a timely fashion, and her price is very fair and reasonable!

There was standing water and carpet was squishy from a broken pipe in the wall and they came out right away and were so professional, but nice, and you could tell they really knew what they were doing. They explained everything they were doing and why and worked with the insurance to get everything fixed and not just a bandaid, but really fixed right...turns out the pipe had been leaking for sometime and they had cameras and equipment they tested the walls for wetness and dried them out and made sure there wasn't any bad mold. Was very impressed with all they did and would definitely recommend them to anyone with water leaks or mold issues. They weren't working for the insurance company, but for us and had out best interests at heart The cost of service to us was our insurance deductible, as Unlimited Restoration billed our insurance company

They are prompt, patient and very professional. The have an excellent reputation in our community and I can now attest to why first hand!!!

I can't say enough about these folks. After returning home one evening I found that my faucet hd been running all day resulting in standing water throughout entire home. It was after hours but a friend recommended UR whom I called and they actually answered the phone after 6 pm. Wendy, the owner of the company was extremely pleasant, professional and her kind reassuring manner did a lot to soothe my jangled nerves Wendy and her crew arrived about an hour later and brought in all their equipment, fans, dehumidifiers and other equipment and worked until very late starting the process. Wendy explained what I needed to do with insurance ,etc. They returned daily to check the moisture levels, particularly on my hardwood floors. In short they got my house all dried out, soothed my nerves, and we're excellent at what they do! I would have no hesitation in recommending these folks. It's a team you definitely want on your side in a situation like this.
