We are also a Florida Licensed Insurance Adjuster in the event you make a claim, we can answer questions you may have. If the claim is covered, we can work directly with your adjuster and carrier. There was standing water and carpet was squishy from a broken pipe in the wall and they came out right away and were so professional, but nice, and you could tell they really knew what they were doing. They explained everything they were doing and why and worked with the insurance to get everything fixed and not just a bandaid, but really fixed right...turns out the pipe had been leaking for sometime and they had cameras and equipment they tested the walls for wetness and dried them out and made sure there wasn't any bad mold. Was very impressed with all they did and would definitely recommend them to anyone with water leaks or mold issues. They weren't working for the insurance company, but for us and had out best interests at heart The cost of service to us was our insurance deductible, as Unlimited Restoration billed our insurance company
