Great. Justin came out soon after my call and replaced the capacitor. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. This was my first time needing service with my well and pump system and glad I called Trentham. They were recommended by a neighbor and I would recommend them, too.

I contacted the provider who dispatched a technician and his assistant in a timely manner. The problem was diagnosed as a burnt out pressure switch which was immediately replaced. I found the work was performed for a more than reasonable price. I found the technicians courteous and professional and found the total service experience completely satisfactory. I would not hesitate to call on them again,if needed, and will recommend this company to my friends and associates.

I have been using them ever since I have had a well which has been for eight years. They have been wonderful and very responsive! When you need your well fixed, you need someone to drop what they are doing and repair your well so that you can get your water restored which is exactly what they do. They are a family business consisting of Rick, Sheri, and Justin. They have all been great to work with.

I called Trentham to have my pressure tank replaced, which was waterlogged and had been leaking. The guy came a few hours later and replaced the tank quickly. He was very friendly and professional. He cleaned up everything and tool the old tank. Everything is working perfectly again and the water pressure is much better than before. I am very happy with the work done and will definitely call Trentham again if I ever need work done on my well.

The well works after their repairs. However I believe they replaced working components needlessly driving up the cost.

I was pleased the service man was so honest and didn't try to sell me on more repair than I needed.

Fine. All done on one day, and one of the Trenthams came back the next day to replace one of the faucets because he found it too stiff.

It was the relay switch and once the guy knew exactly what was wrong, they repaired it quickly. They were actually recommended to me. When the guy came out, he was very knowledgable and knew exactly what needed to be done. There was no hassle. I was working with a warranty company and they had no problem paying him. It was good all the way around. I would give them an A all the way across.

1st replaced the switch on the pump and then replaced the tank itself.

They were good. They get top marks. I will use them again in the future.
