Tree Stump Removal
Shaun has been fantastic! I feel so bad for him because the machine he rented from Home Depot he was using was working and then it didn’t want to go backwards and then it poured down rain. Then the tech from Home Depot said the machine wouldn’t go backwards but in actuality it did. They have been super nice and have had great communication! Very apologetic about the issues that had risen! They are great people with great hearts and take pride in what they do!

Sean and his wife were awesome and so helpful as we needed help moving some piles of mulch to various places on our property. They were quick to respond to my questions and Sean arrived on time to complete the job. He was polite, professional and worked efficiently. I hired Superior Customs to install grab bars in two bathrooms, and since someone was already coming out, install a bathroom faucet I had been putting off installing myself. I had a clock on this work, and they were great fitting it in same day, however that meant they didn't have the right tools and had to make a trip to the hardware store. The pro started with the faucet replacement (which took a while - I would have had the same issue they did though so it was understandable), but when it came time to install the grab bars they couldn't find studs in the walls so that work was not done. I paid a reduced rate to the pro for installing the faucet (on par for what I would have paid my plumber for the same work), however had they started with the grab bars and couldn't get the work done, I would not have moved forward with the faucet repair. I ended up having to hire another pro to get the grab bars installed, and this pushed what should have been a $350 job to approaching $600.

"Hello Scott , We didn?t have the tools to do the job because we did not plan to do plumbing work, which is one of the reasons why we weren?t going to be able to come that day but we did because you insisted that you wanted it done that day after the office had mentioned that we weren?t in that area that day anymore and you were still insisting that we come that day so we did. And as far as the handles go we found the studs but were to narrow we didn?t want to do damage and be responsible for it"
