THE SALES AGENT WAS WONDERFUL. THE CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC AND PROFESSIONAL, THOUGH WE FELT THAT SOME OF THE FINAL DETAIL WORK WAS A BIT SLOPPY ON THE HOUSE LIKE BITS OF PAINT ON THE FLOOR, MISSED CAULKING ETC. THAT WE HAD TO ADD TO OUR PUNCH LIST. THE WARRANTY PEOPLE HAVE ALSO BEEN GREAT AND THE COMPLEX IS MANAGED EXCEPTIONALLY WELL.
