Tristina obtained her broker's license in 2014 and started Southern Exclusive Realty Corp in 2016. Her knowledge of the local market and surroundings have a heavy influence on the expertise that the brokerage portrays . Tristina was not pleasant to work with. She was rude to me, late to showings of our future home and late on the day of my closing for the final walk through; she also did not attend my closing because she was attending someone else's closing. Tristina showed up to collect her check and walked out without so much of a congratulations (I was buying my very first home) She didn't seem to know anything about the area of Deland even though she grew up there and didn't care to give my family information on the area at all regarding the school systems, etc. I am really upset with how unprofessional she was but I do love my home.

Also with this being years later I wish I would known sooner as our business has grown a tremendous amount since your purchase. Again I apologize for your experience."

Entire process by Tristina"s firm was handled in a courteous manner with professionalism. This is to include any and all communication, either in person or hardcopy. I would use Tristina Hill again for any Real Estate in the Deland area .

Amazing! Tristina and her team were there for us the whole way through. Our house was under contract two days after listing. Tristina and her team are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and always there to help in anyway they can. There was never a time when I couldn’t get ahold of somebody.
