The owner, Leno ,is a dishonest person who tried to get as much as he could from a senior citizen. The trees he cut down and all the grass that was ripped up to make room for new sod, was tossed into our empty lot that borders our yard. He did not have permission but did it anyway. He used 2 x4's instead of a solid piece of wood when he replaced a decorative suppirt piece on the house that had started to rot. He told me you can't get a large piece like that. The wood that Sharp Image had to be replaced and was done correctly 6 months later by Flagler Roof.. He got everything from Home Depot and if they didn't have it, Leno gave you some excuse why you couldn't get it. Almost everything this man did needed to be replaced or redone, including the cheap sprinkler pump he charged us double for. This is a dishonest man and since dealing with this company have heard many similar stories.

    The whole job took the three of them about two hours, and they worked quickly and quietly.  They wore bright yellow t-shirts with the company name on them, so it was obvious that they were part of the company.  They were all pleasant and professional.  This was my second experience with Sharp Images:  the first time went so well I was happy to call again.  As before, Ron called me back quickly, showed up on time, and did exactly what I asked for a reasonable price.   They are licensed and insured. Service people like that are hard to find, so I'm happy to be able to recomend them.
