They had done this work for me before only this time, I got rid of the plant. They checked out the septic tank and re-sealed it until it's ready to be ah, "vacuumed out" at a future date.

Call this morning to have my septic tank pumped out, the person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and was able to get someone out to me in a couple of hours. I did not have an emergency, just some maintenance and they were still out same day. The gentlemen that came out showed us that the filter needed to be done and explained it would cost a little more, which was more than reasonable. He explained everything he did and I was happy with the service and the price.

The technician came in the allotted time frame. I also called after pm and there was no charge for coming after hours. He was very professional and fixed my clogged drain in a short time. We have a dog and as a courtesy before he left he reminded me to close the gate in my yard and to make sure all my doors were locked once he left. We would definitely recommend roto rooter to others.

We spent about $120 on that service. We liked that they seemed to be pretty savvy. They come out when they are supposed to and get here on time, which is a big thing when we are working.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WERE FAIR IN THEIR PRICING. ROTO ROOTER CLEARED THE DRAINS AND SAVED ME A TRIP TO OUR RENTAL PROPERTY.
