+ -1 moreWhen he arrived, I took him around my 100x100 lawn area that I wanted irrigated and put new Floratam sod down along with some landscaping. I was very detailed in what I wanted, told him I was ready to do it anytime and wanted to get started. He took the measurements, walked the property and went to his truck. I went out there when I saw him finish and ask about a proposal. He said he would either call me or send it to me. It has been 2 weeks and I haven't heard a peek out of him. I think his attitude of better than thou got the best of him. He totally wasted my time, since I had been working on this project for over a month trying to find the right one. PLEASE do no waste your time EVER doing any type of business with this company and make sure to tell your friends! This is what this list is about. Should I had been dressed in a suite and tie he might have treated me different. The price I quoted for the project is what it is going to cost me for who I have choose. This is not CHEAP!
Description of Work: Two wks. ago, Mr. Wilken came to my home to give me an est. on new irrigation system and total sod replacement along with some landscaping. He was only 3 days late from the first appointment that he set and he didn't even call me that day to say he wouldn't be able to make it. But I had gotten him from Angie's List, so I just accepted he might have gotten busy and let him come anyway to give me an estimate. So, he finally showed up on a Saturday to do the estimate. I was interested in him since he supposedly has these great degrees...BEWARE!! You can never rely on a business card or someone with some big degree, they will treat you like trash and ignore you even as you are trying to explain your project as he did me. If Angie's List publishes this, I will make a report of someone who is going to do the job I hired and I saw all their license, insurance and certification for irrigation. He had none of this to show me! My city love the guy who I chose and has great things to say of him.
