Mr Roy was prompt and completed the work timely without delay. He was mindful of the material costs and only bought and used those materials necessary to complete the planned projects. He was knowledgeable and the finished work was done well.

The work was done extremely well. As a remote landlord, the process of getting the work done was difficult. The price was not furnished and install so paying for materials was cumbersome. Also, work payment was difficult.
