The tech Kenny was excellent. He installed 2 cameras and a monitor on my existing DVR system. I had no problem with the cost. When I needed one more camera I was quoted $415.00. The camera itself is OK but the cost is outrageous since all of the wiring is already completed and the entire system operational.

When they arrived at my house, my alarm system had a green "ready" light, and I assumed it was working. By the time the repair man left, no lights were working on the system, and I was told I needed a new circuit board, keypad, main battery, and 2 smaller batteries . I have not received a price for all these items, but I don't have any trust in their service.

I loved how they came our right away. But when they quoted me for 8 camera's it was 800$ just for installation if I had my own equipment. Because of placement issues there was a fire wall so they could only install 6. The agreement was 8 camerias for 800$ instead we paid over 800$ for the installation of only 6. Not to mention when they put one of the camerias up in an indoor hallway there was a huge hole in the wall.

Technician Frank has done an outstanding job installing my cameras through out the house and explained step by step how to use my new system.
