 + -1 moreExcellent. The business was down because the network crashed. Within 2 hours Ryan was at the business and within 4 hours we were running better than before the crash. Since then, he has solved chronic problems by reformatting a computer, updating the hardware of the WiFi, and talked us through minor glitches in the system via phone.
Description of Work: Update home and business WiFi network. Cleaned up computers. Installed lower cost and more effective firewall and virus protection.
