Terrible job.Said would be 2 coats and back rolled 1 coat and no back roll and didnt pull mulch back. Took advantage of my elderly parents.I just paid $200 extra to fix things I can see

The job was well done.  Dan was punctual, careful, and thorough.  His price was very reasonable considering that my pool area is larger than usual.  I've used Maxi Paint & Wash before for exterior painting, and I was pleased with that job, so I called them first when I needed pressure washing done.  I would not hesitate to use them again, and I recommend them to others.

We were very happy with the power washing work. He also found some problems with rain water damage/rotted wood that I never would have seen. I had the two pieces of wood replaced and then he came back to paint parts of the house and garage and finished the job yesterday. That work was great as well and I would absolutely use them again.

Could not have gone better.  Dan was on time, friendly and super easy to work.  He called me right back when I left my original message.  Really nice guy who did a great job.  Not pushy at all.   He does not charge enough for what he does.  I gave him more than he asked for.  That's  how good of a job he did and how easy he was to work with. I've tried to my own pressure washing with a small unit..  Probably won't again.  Not worth it and nowhere near as good a job.

This is the Second time since moving in my home over 20 years ago that I had Dan and his crew from Maxi Wash & Paint paint my home.  His work is absolutely superb and he and his workers take "great" care to ensure everything is done with the utmost professionalism.  I would recommend Maxi Wash & Paint to anyone who really wants professional, quality work at a reasonable price.

I called for an estimate and Dan from Maxi Wash came by that same afternoon.  The estimate was reasonable, so we scheduled the work.  The washing was done on a Friday, and the painting on the following Monday, as scheduled.
Dan and his crew did a fine job.  They worked quickly and neatly, and their attention to details was very good.  As it turned out, the old
paint on one side was in poorer condition than expected, so they stripped it, sanded, caulked, and primed, all for a small additional cost.  I am very pleased with the whole job.
They did a quality job at a reasonable cost.  What more could you ask for?

Don't go on Friday afternoon.

I joined Angie's List to find a painter.  I made 3 phone calls.  Dan from Maxi Wash and Paint called me back right away and came over to do an estimate.  He was the only one to submit an estimate.  Two other painters came but never submitted an estimate.  Dan and his crew painted the exterior in January.  We were so pleased that we had them paint the interior as well.  They completed the job one day ahead of schedule and they were very easy to work with.  I was even able to leave my home while Dan was here and not worry.  I would highly recommend Dan and Maxi Wash and Paint.

Call them this morning, they show up withing a couple of hours, gave me estimated and completed the work withing an hour, person was courteous and very professional throughout the work. He have all the materials required to complete the job in a trailer, will definitely call again.

Overall everything went well, covered everything, floor, furniture and anything that wasn't being painted.
