Mark came monthly for at least 14 years, then one day he didn't show up and we never heard from him again. I think he had a problem with my hard of hearing housekeeper.

The sprays that he uses does not bother the animals. I would absolutely recommend him to others, as I think he is very honest, reliable, comes into the house when we are not there and never have had a problem. Also, he is very knowledgeable, answers all of our questions, and is in contact with us if we do have a problem.
