I suppose I would say it was just okay, though I would grade them as a D. The cleaning lady did not stay as long as she said she did; one job was supposed to be completed the first day and, after the supervisor came to check, realized that it wasn't completed and the person came again the next day. I discontinued the service and said that it was just too hard to do long distance. I am in Connecticut and my mom is in Florida. I still haven't been able to find a good cleaning service for her.

"I would say it is hard for family to really know what is taking place when they are not able to be there to see the work performed! That is what I am here for,[member name removed] the mother was very happy and I did follow up with her and did a thorough check of her home and both her and I were pleased with the results we also did some organizing for her. I called her the night before each appointment to remind her of her cleaning day and time , I think we had a great working relationship. I am sorry to hear the daughter did not think so! We have a lot of customers who are in other states who depend on us to clean and manage there rental properties and parents homes, we strive to make sure all our clients are happy, this is the reason a call is placed the day before and after the scheduled cleaning, if there is a problem it is addressed in a timely manner."

Most work was completed very well. A few walls were missed but this was a rental house that was found very dirty so all things considered, the cleaning was done very well.

I was very happy with them but I didn't need to use them because my daughter started cleaning the house. They charged $30 per hour. They were bonded. I really liked the owner. She was very flexible if I needed to change the day. They worked with my schedule. She was very efficient. Her name was Gretta.
